On 25 August 2020 and 6 October 2020, the Company had announced that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) had recommended a final single tier dividend of 3.0 sen per ordinary share for the Financial Year Ended 30 June 2020 (“FYE 2020”) (“Proposed Final Single Tier Dividend”) and the Entitlement and Payment dates were fixed on 30 November 2020 and 18 December 2020 respectively. The Proposed Final Single Tier Dividend is subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Twenty-Sixth Annual General Meeting ("26th AGM") of the Company.

In view of the Conditional Movement Control Order ("CMCO") imposed by the Government of Malaysia on most Peninsular states including Selangor due to the recent Covid-19 condition, the Company had rescheduled the 26th AGM of the Company to be held on Tuesday, 15 December 2020.

As a result of the deferment of holding the 26th AGM, the Board has resolved to change the Entitlement and Payment dates of the Proposed Final Single Tier Dividend at the same quantum of 3.0 sen per ordinary share to 18 December 2020 and 31 December 2020 respectively.
