1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 17 Dec 2020 (Instead of 27 Nov 2020)
2) The last date of lodgment : 18 Dec 2020 (Instead of 30 Nov 2020)
3) Date Payable : 31 Dec 2020 (Instead of 18 Dec 2020)
Remarks:
(1) The dividend entitlement and payment dates are changed from 30 November 2020 to 18 December 2020 and from 18 December 2020 to 31 December 2020 respectively, due to the deferment of holding of the Twenty-Sixth Annual General Meeting in view of the Conditional Movement Control Order imposed by the Government of Malaysia on most Peninsular states including Selangor due to the recent Covid-19 condition.
(2) Save and except for the change in entitlement and payment dates, all other information in the earlier announcement remain unchanged.
