| Shareholders of Zelan should take note that every one (1) ordinary share of RM1.00 each in Zelan held as at 18 July 2007 at 5.00 p.m. ("Books Closure Date") shall be subdivided into two (2) new Zelan shares of RM0.50 each. As at 29 June 2007, the issued and paid-up share capital of Zelan is RM281,631,485 comprising of 281,631,485 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each which will subject to the subdivision of shares on the basis of two (2) subdivided shares of RM0.50 each for every one (1) existing ordinary share of RM1.00 each held in Zelan. The subdivided shares will be listed and quoted on the Exchange on the next market day following the Books Closure Date. |
