The Board of Directors of the Company is proposing to seek shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Eighteenth Annual General Meeting for the Company to amend its Articles of Association to be in line with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad effective 3 January 2012 and to update Articles of Association of the Company to be consistent with the prevailing laws, guidelines or requirements of the relevant authorities and to further enhance administrative efficiency of the Company ("Proposed Amendments"). The Proposed Amendments shall be tabled as Special Business at the forthcoming Eighteenth Annual General Meeting for approval of shareholders of the Company.
