We refer to your letter dated 6 July 2000 and furnish herewith the following additional information requested for public release:-
1. Based on the audited accounts of HWGTT and LTTAT for the year ended 31 December 1999, the companies posed a net loss after tax and minority interest of RM1,161,459 and RM687,102 respectively. The result of LTTAT had consolidated the accounts of its subsidiary, Kinabalu Transport Company Sdn Berhad.
2. The conditional Sale of Shares Agreement dated 5 July 2000 made between Ho Wah Genting Transport Sdn Bhd and Regateam Holdings Sdn Bhd may be inspected at Wisma Ho Wah Genting, No. 35, Jalan Maharajalela, 50150 Kuala Lumpur during the Company's office hour from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
3. No liabilities are to be assumed by the Purchaser arising from the disposal of HWGTT and LTTAT.

matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish the Exchange immediately with the following
additional information for public release :
1. The net profit of HWGTT and LTTAT (on consolidated basis, if applicable) as
per their latest audited accounts.
2. The time and place where the conditional Sale of Shares Agreement may be
inspected.
3. Particulars of all liabilities to be assumed by the purchaser arising from
the Disposals.
