We refer to the announcements made on 15 September 2010, 15 October 2010, 18 October 2010, 26 October 2010, 29 October 2010, 22 November 2010, 15 December 2010, 24 December 2010, 28 December 2010, 29 December 2010, 30 December 2010, 17 January 2011, 21 January 2011, 25 January 2011, 26 January 2011, 27 January 2011 and 25 February 2011 in relation to the Secondary Listing (“said Announcements”). Unless the context otherwise requires, all expressions used herein shall have the same meanings assigned thereto in the said Announcements. Subsequent to the approval from the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (“MITI”) obtained in relation to the Secondary Listing vide its letter dated 14 December 2010 (“MITI Letter”), CIMB Investment Bank Berhad (“CIMB”), on behalf of MSC, had written to MITI to seek a waiver from having to comply with the equity requirement condition as stated in the MITI Letter. On behalf of MSC, CIMB wishes to announce that the MITI had, vide its letter dated 18 March 2011, agreed to waive the equity requirement in MSC’s manufacturing license issued by MITI. This announcement is dated 22 March 2011.
