Remarks: The proposed Final Single Tier Dividend of 8.0 sen per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2016 is subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. Arising from the migration to the no par value regime under the Companies Act 2016, par value is no longer relevant.
