We refer to your letter of 16 November 2000 on the above and wish to reply as follows :
1. TSS's oil palm plantation was valued by the independent registered valuers at Rp98.2 billion (equivalent to USD11.846 million based on USD1=Rp8,290);
2. The plantation was valued using the Investment Method; and
3. The net loss of TSS based on its latest audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 1999 was Rp3,351 million (equivalent to RM1.675 million based on Rp2,000=RM1).

We refer to your announcement dated 15 November 2000 in respect of the
aforesaid matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish the Exchange with the following additional
information for public release:
Value placed on the oil palm plantation by the independent registered valuers
and the method of valuation.
Net loss of TSS based on the latest audited accounts.
Please furnish the Exchange with your reply within two (2) market days from the
date hereof.
