| The Rights Issue will be completed with the listing of the 1,177,956,579 Rights Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 25 March 2010. We also refer to the announcement dated 29 January 2010 in relation to the adjustments to the exercise price of Mulpha’s Warrants 2000/2010 (“Warrants”) and the number of outstanding Warrants pursuant to the Rights Issue (“Warrants Adjustment”). Based on the Warrants Adjustments, an additional 57,790,946 Warrants will be issued to Warrant holders whose names appear in the Register of Warrant Holders at 5.00 p.m. on 24 February 2010 in proportion to their Warrant holdings. The exercise price of the said Warrants will also be adjusted from RM1.50 per Share to RM1.29 per Share. The additional Warrants will be listed and quoted simultaneously with the Rights Shares on 25 March 2010. This announcement is dated 24 March 2010. |
