PROPOSED DRP
On behalf of the Board of Directors of MIB, AmInvestment Bank Berhad, a member of AmInvestment Bank Group, is pleased to announce that MIB proposes to undertake, as part of its capital management programme to enhance shareholder value, a dividend reinvestment plan that gives shareholders of MIB the option to elect to reinvest their dividend entitlements (representing cash dividend declared by MIB including interim, final, special or any other cash dividend) in new ordinary share(s) of RM0.50 each in MIB (“Proposed DRP”).
