NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING (“EGM”)
On behalf of MIB, AmInvestment Bank Berhad (a member of AmInvestment Bank Group), wishes to announce that the EGM of the Company will be held at Holiday Villa, No. 9, Jalan SS 12/1, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan on Monday, 27 June 2011 at 10.45 a.m. or immediately after the conclusion or adjournment (as the case may be) of the Thirty-Seventh (37th) Annual General Meeting of MIB which will be held at 10 a.m. at the same venue on the same date, whichever is later, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, passing the resolution as set out in the notice of EGM dated 3 June 2011 (“Notice”). A copy of the Notice is attached herewith for your attention.
