We refer to our announcements dated 23 September 2022 and 27 September 2022 ("Announcements") and notification to the shareholders of Mulpha in relation to the Offer dated 30 September 2022. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those set out in the Announcements.
The Board wishes to announce that Mulpha has today received a press notice from UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd, on behalf of the Joint Offerors, informing that the offer document dated 14 October 2022, which sets out the details, terms and conditions of the Offer together with the Form of Acceptance and Transfer enclosed therein ("Offer Document"), has been despatched to the shareholders of Mulpha on even date.
