In our announcement dated 27 June 2022, the Court of Appeal had dismissed Mula’s appeal with costs on 24 June 2022. Mula has since applied to the Federal Court for leave to appeal further and this was heard today, 15 November 2022. We wish to announce that the Federal Court panel of judges has dismissed Mula’s leave application.
