We refer to our announcements dated 8 November 2022, 30 November 2022, 8 December 2022, 27 February 2023, 11 May 2023, 30 May 2023 and 29 August 2023 in relation to the Company’s non-compliance with the Public Spread Requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. 

The Company wishes to announce that the public shareholding spread of the Company as at 1 November 2023 stands at 28.75%, following the disposal of shares of the Company by a substantial shareholder which resulted in the shareholding of the shareholder to fall below 5% and thereby ceased to be a substantial shareholder of the Company. Accordingly, the Company is compliant with the Public Spread Requirement of 25%.
