Pursuant to Part C of Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.04 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, we wish to announce that Mulpha Norwest Pty Limited (Australian Company Number 000 004 633) (“Mulpha Norwest”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of MIB, has accepted a cash advance facility of A$100 million (equivalent to approximately RM313.07 million), comprising a revolving facility of A$90 million and a bank guarantee facility of A$10 million from National Australia Bank Limited.

The purpose of the cash advance facility is to refinance the existing borrowing and for additional working capital.

Mulpha Norwest is a company incorporated in Australia and its paid-up share capital is A$108,384,979.79, comprising 53,737,999 ordinary shares, 13,737,999 non-cumulative preference shares and 8,587,041 class A shares. The principal activity of Mulpha Norwest is property development.

Mulpha Norwest is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mulpha Investments Pty Limited (Australian Company Number 068 938 492) (“Mulpha Investments”), a company incorporated in Australia with a paid-up share capital of A$155,134,887.00, comprising 155,134,887 ordinary shares. The principal activity of Mulpha Investments is investment holding.

Mulpha Investments is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mulpha Australia Limited (Australian Company Number 002 888 039) (“MAL”), a company incorporated in Australia with a paid-up share capital of A$297,681,892.74, comprising 77,240,344 ordinary shares and 27,726,000 preference shares. The principal activity of MAL is investment holding. MAL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MIB.
