The Board of Directors of Nylex wishes to announce that Perusahaan Kimia Gemilang Sdn Bhd (“PKG”), its wholly owned subsidiary, has on 16 April 2015 acquired two (2) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, representing the entire issued and paid-up share capital of ALB Marine Sdn Bhd (Company No.: 1118850-A) from Sabli bin Sibil and Chan Ying Wai respectively, at par for cash.

ALB Marine Sdn Bhd is currently a dormant company with an authorised share capital of RM400,000 divided into 400,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each.

This Acquisition will not have any material effect on the earnings, net assets and gearing of the Nylex Group for the financial year ending 31 May 2015.

None of the Directors and major shareholders of Nylex and the persons connected to them has any direct or indirect interest in this Acquisition.

Sabli bin Sibil is a director of PKG. He does not hold any shares in Nylex or PKG.
