-	Proposed Renewal Of Shareholders' Mandate On Share Buy-Back

Nylex wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders for the following at the forthcoming 45th Annual General Meeting:

  1. to renew the mandate in respect of recurrent related party transactions with existing transacting related parties, pursuant to Paragraph 10.09 of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities and Practice Note 12; and
  2. to renew the mandate for the Company to purchase up to ten per centum (10%) of its issued and paid-up share capital on Bursa Securities in accordance with the provisions of Section 67A of the Companies Act, 1965, the Company’s Articles of Association and the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.

A Circular to Shareholders/Statement in relation to the above will be sent to the shareholders in due course.
