The Board of Directors of Nylex wishes to announce that Nylex had on 20 May 2016 entered into a share sale agreement for the acquisition of 1,320,000 ordinary shares in NYL representing 60% of the issued and paid-up share capital of NYL for a cash consideration of RM6,377,000.
