We refer to our announcement dated 20 May 2016 in relation to the Proposed NYL Acquisition. The Board of Directors of Nylex wishes to announce that Nylex and the Vendor have on even date, completed the Proposed NYL Acquisition. All conditions precedent under the SSA of the Proposed NYL Acquisition has been fulfilled. (Abbreviations in this announcement have the same meanings as those in the announcement dated 20 May 2016).
