(The abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement are the same as those previously used in the announcement dated 30 March 2018.) 

Further to the announcement dated 30 March 2018, the Board of Directors of Nylex wishes to announce that Nylex and the Purchaser have on even date, completed the Proposed Disposal in accordance with the Agreement.

Henceforth, NYL ceased to be a subsidiary of Nylex.
