-	Proposed Adoption of New Constitution of the Company;
-	Proposed Renewal of Shareholders Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or 
        Trading Nature; and
-	Proposed Renewal of Shareholders Mandate on Share Buy-Back

Nylex (Malaysia)  Berhad (“Nylex” or “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders for the following at the forthcoming 48th Annual General Meeting:

  1. The adoption of new Constitution of the Company;
  2. To renew the mandate in respect of the recurrent related party transactions of a revenue and trading nature ; and
  3. To renew the mandate for the Company to purchase up to ten per centum (10%) of its total number of issued shares on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

A Circular/Statement to Shareholders in relation to the above will be sent to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
