Pursuant to Chapter 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Nylex (Malaysia) Berhad (“Nylex” or the “Company”) wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Perusahaan Kimia Gemilang Sdn Bhd (“PKG”) had on 14 June 2019, entered into a Share Sale Agreement (“Agreement”) with Retromark Solutions Sdn Bhd (“the Vendor”) for the acquisition of 660,000 ordinary shares (“Sale Shares”), representing 30% of the issued and paid-up share capital in Ancom Kimia Sdn. Bhd. (“AKM”) for a total consideration of RM1,000,000 (“Purchase Price”) (“Proposed Acquisition”).

Upon completion of the Proposed Acquisition, AKM shall become a 60% owned subsidiary of PKG.
