Nylex (Malaysia) Berhad ('Nylex') wishes to announce that it has received notification from its Group Managing Director, Dato' Siew Ka Wei, of his intention to deal in the securities of Nylex during the Closed Period as defined in the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

 

The current shareholdings of Dato' Siew Ka Wei in Nylex are as follows:-
