We refer to our announcement dated 13 November 2000 on behalf of AHT and your letter dated 29 November 2000 in relation to the above.
We wish to advise on the following:
1. The Land was previously part of the mining leases granted by the Collector of Land Revenue of the State of Selangor in the early sixties. AHT then surrendered the mining leases to the State of Selangor on 2 November 1990. The Land was subsequently alienated by the State of Selangor on 19 October 1994 to Continental Heights Development Sdn Bhd with AHT as the beneficial owner; and
2. The said Land is an ex-mining land of AHT and which has been converted for development of building as per title of the Land.

We refer to your anouncement dated 13 November 2000 on the abovementioned
matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish the Exchange with the following additional
information for public release:-
1) AHTIN's date of investment in the Land.
2) Present usage of the Land.
Please furnish the Exchange with your reply within two (2) market days from the
date hereof.
