We wish to inform the Exchange that after due enquiry we are unaware of any reverse takeover or negotiations including the injection of the Splash consortium, Astro or any other assets as reported in the Business Times on Wednesday, 7 February 2001.

We refer to the above news article appearing in Business Times, pages 1 & 15,
on Wednesday, 7 February 2001, a copy of which is enclosed for your reference.
In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the underlined sentences
which are reproduced as follows:-
