The Board of Directors of Oversea wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") has approved the Company's request for a suspension of trading in its ordinary shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, 6 August 2020, pending the release of a material announcement.

The request for suspension is made under Rule 3.1(b) of Guidance Note 12 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
