Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 26 July 2023, 26 October 2023 and 26 January 2024 in relation to the MOU signed between Pecca Aviation Services Sdn Bhd (“Pecca Aviation”) and Aero Cabin Solutions SAS (“ACS”) (“Announcements”).

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions as set out in the Announcements shall apply therein.

The Company wishes to inform that currently, the schedule on the first purchase order by ACS is progressing well. Pecca Aviation is in the final stage of completing the product development activity prior to mass production. This case study will help define the best practical processes and solutions for the production of leather seat covers that comply with EASA regulations, and it is critical before the signing of the definitive agreements with ACS.
