The Board of Directors of PICORP wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking shareholders approval at the forthcoming 25th Annual General Meeting of PICORP on the following proposals:- (1) Proposed Renewal of the Existing Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and (2) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate to Purchase its own Ordinary Shares of up to 10% of the total number of issued shares in the Company ("the Proposals") A Circular to Shareholders containing details of the Proposals will be despatched to the Shareholders of the Company together with the Company's Annual Report in due course.
