The Board of Directors of PICORP wishes to announce that all Resolutions tabled at the 20th AGM of the Company held on 15 June 2012, with the exception of the following Ordinary Resolution 4, were duly passed by the Shareholders:-

Ordinary Resolution 4: To re-elect Emeritus Professor Dato' Dr. Mohd Sham Bin Mohd Sani who retires pursuant to Article 83 of the Company's Articles of Association as Director of the Company.

Emeritus Professor Dato' Dr. Mohd Sham Bin Mohd Sani did not seek re-election and retired from office as Director of the Company at the conclusion of the 20th AGM. The meeting resolved not to fill up the vacancy created by his retirement.
