The Board of Directors of PICORP wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Twenty-Sixth (26th) Annual General Meeting of PICORP on the following proposals:- (1) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate and Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and (2) Proposed Renewal of of the authority to the Company to purchase up to 10% of the total number of issued shares in the Company (collectively "the Proposals"). The Circular to Shareholders containing details of the Proposals will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company together with the Company's Annual Report in due course.
