The Group's profit after taxation and minority interests for the period ended 31 December 2000 amounting to RM25,410,000 is higher as compared with RM16,715,000 forecasted in the Company's Independent Advice Circular dated 26 October 1999 due to the following factors:-

1) exceptional gains arising from disposal of the Company's investments in subsidiaries
amounting to RM7,257,000; and

2) the continuing strong growth from core businesses of system integration and services.

We note that the group's profit after taxation and minority interests for the
period ended 31 December 2000 amounts to RM25,410,000.
However, on page 40 of your Company's Independent Advice Circular dated 26
October 1999, a consolidated profit after taxation and minority interests of
RM16,715,000 was forecasted for the abovementioned financial period.
In accordance with the Exchange's Listing Requirements, kindly furnish the
Exchange immediately with your detailed explanation on the above difference for
public release.
