The Company wishes to announce that the Board of Directors has today resolved to recommend a First and Final Single Tier Dividend of 1.20 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 July 2019, subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Seventeenth Annual General Meeting.
The date of entitlement and date of payment in respect of the aforesaid dividend will be determined and announced in due course.
