Protasco Berhad is pleased to announce that the Company has today received a Letter of Appointment from Putrajaya Corporation appointing the Company as a developer to construct 1,680 apartment units in the Federal Territory of Putrajaya under the 1Malaysia Civil Servants Housing Programme (PPA1M) (the “Project”).  

The Project with a value of up to RM578.5 million which is to be completed within twenty four (24) months is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of Protasco Berhad Group.  The Project however will not have any material impact on the net assets and earnings of Protasco Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2013. 

None of the Directors, substantial shareholders of the Company or persons connected with them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the Project.
