For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the Company’s announcement dated 2 September 2013 in relation to the SHA.

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 2 September 2013 and its previous announcements in relation to the SHA. 

The Company wishes to announce that its subsidiary, Protasco Development Sdn Bhd had via an exchange of letter dated 29 December 2013 with Asdion Berhad (which was accepted by Asdion Berhad on 2 January 2014), mutually agreed to extend the Cut-Off Date for a period of approximately two months from 31 December 2013 up to 28 February 2014 to enable the Parties to fulfill their respective obligations under the Conditions Precedent as set out in the SHA.
