Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 30 January 2014 and 10 February 2014 (“Announcements). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Announcements. Protasco Berhad (“Protasco” or “Company”) wishes to announce that the Board of Directors (“Board”) had its meeting today to deliberate on the Proposed Acquisition. During the said meeting, there were certain information required to be furnished by the Vendor, and upon communication to the Vendor, the Vendor agreed to provide the information by next week. The Board of Protasco will deliberate again the Proposed Acquisition after receiving the said information and immediate announcement will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad once final decision of the Board has been made.
