Protasco Berhad (“Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has on 30 October 2014 received a Special Notice from shareholders of the Company, holding not less than one-tenth of the issued and paid-up capital of the Company, notifying of their intention to propose ordinary resolutions at an extraordinary general meeting of the Company to be convened to remove certain director(s). A copy of the Special Notice is attached herewith.
