The Company (“Protasco”) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, HCM Engineering Sdn Bhd had received a LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE from Asian Football Confederation for the design and build of an additional 4 storey office building with basement car park to the existing facilities located in Bukit Jalil, Mukim Petaling, Kuala Lumpur (the “Contract”).

The Contract with a value of approximately RM44 million is to be completed in 18 months period by March 2017 and is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of the Protasco Group.  

None of the Directors, substantial shareholders of Protasco or person connected with them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the Contract.
