Protasco Berhad (“Company”) wishes to announce that  Ximax Communications Company Limited (“Ximax”) which is incorporated in Hong Kong and wholly owned by an existing subsidiary of the Company, namely Ximax Communications Sdn Bhd, had been deregistered from the register by the Companies Registry in Hong Kong following an application for deregistration  of the dormant company by Ximax.
