On 4 December 2015, Protasco Berhad (“Company”) announced that the court dismissed the 1st Defendant’s appeal in the Court of Appeal against the decision of the court dated 11 August 2015 is fixed for hearing on 25 February 2016. The Court of Appeal has on 25 February 2016 allowed the 1st Defendant’s appeal and the Company’s action against the 1st Defendant is now stayed pending the arbitration proceedings between the Company and the 1st Defendant. |
