Description	LONG TERM SERVICE AGREEMENT IN RELATION TO ENGINEERING SERVICES AND CAPACITY BUILDING
Protasco Berhad (“PB”) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary company, Kumpulan Ikram Sdn. Bhd. (“Ikram”) has entered into a long term service agreement with Tenaga Nasional Berhad (“TNB”) for the appointment of Ikram as service provider for a period of 5 years, effective from 24 May 2012 to 23 May 2017 (“the Agreement”). Under the Agreement, Ikram shall be providing engineering services and capacity building and such other services as may be agreed by TNB and Ikram from time to time during the existence of the Agreement. The appointment is not exclusive and is extendable for a further period of 5 years subject to mutual agreement between TNB and Ikram. The appointment is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of PB Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2012 and future years. None of the Directors or major shareholders or persons connected to the Directors or major shareholders has any direct or indirect interest in the abovementioned appointment.
