The Directors of Protasco Berhad ("Company") are pleased to announce that the Eleventh Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company will be held at Conference Hall, 1st Floor, Corporate Building, Unipark Suria, Jalan Ikram-Uniten, 43000 Kajang, Selangor Darul Ehsan on Wednesday, 20 June 2012 at 10.00 a.m.

Members whose names appear on the Record of Depositors as at 12 June 2012 shall be entitled to attend, speak and vote at the AGM.
