The Directors of Protasco Berhad ("Company") wish to announce that the shareholders of the Company have at the Eleventh Annual General Meeting (“11th AGM”) held this morning passed all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the 11th AGM dated 28 May 2012 by way of a show of hands.
