The Company wishes to announce that Protasco Enterprise SA (Pty) Ltd which is incorporated in South Africa and wholly owned by an existing subsidiary of the Company, namely Protasco Trading Sdn Bhd, had been struck off from the register by the Companies Registry in South Africa following an application to  strike off  the dormant Company.
