As previously announced on 10 September 2020, the motions for leave to appeal to the Federal Court against the judgment of the Court of Appeal dated 6 March 2020 (appeals in relation to Bankers’ Books (Evidence) Act 1949) were granted by the Federal Court on 25 August 2020.
