As previously announced on 26 August 2020, the motions for leave to appeal to the Federal Court against the judgment of the Court of Appeal dated 6 March 2020 (appeals in relation to Bankers’ Books (Evidence) Act 1949) filed by the Company were granted by the Federal Court on 25 August 2020.
The said appeals to the Federal Court filed by the Company against the judgment of the Court of Appeal dated 6 March 2020 was heard on 5 January 2021.
The Company wishes to announce that the said appeals was allowed by the Federal Court on 23 August 2021. The decision of the Court of Appeal dated 6 March 2020 was set aside. |
