As previously announced on 10 September 2021, Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun’s appeal to the Court of Appeal against the decision of the High Court Judge dated 10 September 2020 (“striking out appeal”) has been fixed for continued hearing on 17 November 2021.
The striking out appeal is now rescheduled for hearing on 11 January 2022. |
