The Board of Directors of Protasco Berhad is pleased to propose a final single tier dividend of 4 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2012 to the shareholders for approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

Subject to the approval by the shareholders, the entitlement and payment dates of the aforesaid dividend will be announced at a later date.
