We refer to your letter of 7 July 2000 in relation to the aforementioned article appearing in the Star, Business Section on 7 July 2000 and would like to advise that after due and diligent enquiry with all the directors and substantial shareholders of 1800Assist.com Sdn Bhd, the projected revenue of RM16 million to be achieved by June 2001 was arrived at on a group basis and took into consideration the following business units’ projected contributions:

We refer to the above news article appearing in The Star, Business Section,
page 5, on Friday, 7 July 2000, a copy of which is enclosed for your reference.
In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the underlined sentence,
which is reproduced as follows:-
"MOL.COM.Bhd (formerly known as Dijaya Enterprise) subsidiary 1800Assist.com
Sdn Bhd expects to achieve RM16mil revenue in the first year of operating its
newly-launched Internet portal MOL.com."
