Mr. Tan Kim Heng and Ms Chek Khai Juat on behalf of the Board of Directors confirmed that the disposal of the assets of Tru-Tech Electronics (Kuantan) Sdn. Bhd. (TTEK) is in line with our restructuring programme which is to divest non income generating assets as well as non core assets. We have deliberated on the disposal and are of the opinion that the Joint Venture and the Proposed Disposal is in the best interest of the company.
Particulars of the fixed assets being acquired by Tatly Trutech is as per the enclosure.
