We refer to the Exchange' s letter regarding the above matter and are pleased to set out hereafter information for public relaese.

KUB Malaysia Berhad would like to confirm that its subsidiary, KUB Sistem Sdn Bhd having a principal activity as projet management , business system consulting and system intregration related system, has set up a new e-business portal known as NiagaOne.com. NiagaOne.com is a community portal providing content , community and commerce services with comprehensive features as an e-economy transaction platform enabling bussiness websites to provide on-line transactions at a very low cost.

We also confirm that KUB Sistem has invested more that RM5 million into the development and installation of a world class e-commerce infrastructure with real time credit card authorisation services for on-line shopping and payment.

We further confirm that KUB Sistem was awarded a contract of less than RM 1 million to develop and implement an e-commerce application for Percetakan Nasional Malaysia Berhad.

Saturday, 15 July 2000, a copy of which is enclosed for your reference.
In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the underlined
